Review Package
$800
Who is the Review Package for?
The Review Package is for the upcoming author who wants to get upfront advice from industry professionals on their marketing plan and manuscript before committing to a publishing package.
It is required that all authors undertake the Review Package before being eligible to sign up for the Green Hill Package.
What is included in the Review Package?
Included in this package are the following services:
- Marketing Questionnaire: This questionnaire is a tool to help you start thinking about and researching your market (competitors, readership, community, etc) to begin aligning your book correctly and effectively. It will also tell us where you are at with your research and understanding your project.
- Beta Reading: We will schedule your manuscript to be beta read by one of our trusted editors. A beta read involves an editor who specialises in reading your full manuscript (or up to 70,000 words) and providing feedback on the structure, pacing, characters etc. A report will also be given at this time. This serves as a crucial step as the editor will provide instructions for further developing your manuscript.
- Editing Assessment: Green Hill Publishing offers our authors an editing assessment after they have completed reviewing their beta reading and have taken into account what the beta reader recommended. This includes an editor spending up to an hour on editing your manuscript to identify the level of editing needed and to provide a budget and timeline.
Other packages
Green Hill offers four different tiers of publishing that are built to suit the varying needs of our many authors:
eBook Package
The eBook Package is our solution for the author who just wants to publish digitally but wants assistance with cover design and KDP distribution.
Green Hill Package
The Green Hill Package is designed for authors who want to create the strongest, most market-ready version of their book. This package is best suited to authors who are serious about putting in the effort to aim for long-term success and are open to working within a professionally guided publishing process.
Professional Package
The Professional Package is our most popular package. It’s the first tier package for books intended for distribution and has a host of inclusions to help your book do well in the market on top of your own marketing efforts.
Keepsake Package
Authors who are considering the Keepsake Package aren’t selling their book. Instead, they are only after one or two copies of their book for either their own purposes or to give to friends and family.
