Who is the eBook Package for?
The eBook Package is our solution for the author who doesn’t need a printed version of their book, and just wants to publish digitally.
This package is most suitable for authors who want assistance in building a professional cover and get assistance with uploading their eBook for distribution Amazon KDP.
What is included in the Professional Package?
Included in this package are the following services:
Project Management and Communication
- Dedicated Project Manager for Support: Your project manager will be your main point of contact throughout your project. They are across the entire production of your book, can answer any questions you have, and keep you updated on the progression of your project.
- Full control of your book sales: Included in the eBook, Green Hill has made it easy for authors to have full control over the sales of their book. This means that, as soon as your project is completed, all sales you make remain yours and you receive the profits directly.
Book Design
- Cover Design: All book covers are created by our in-house designers. In the eBook Package, your designer works to a written brief from that is filled out by you (we provide you with the form). This form helps us understand the vision for your book. The book designer may suggest alternative options they believe work for your book as well.
- Interior PDF Conversion: We will take your design-ready interior and ready it for the eBook conversion process. Green Hill does not undertake any interior design or typesetting within the eBook Package.
- One Revision Round: We understand that your book is intended for distribution and that errors aren’t always easily spotted. Therefore, we allow one round of minor text alterations.
File Conversion
- Final eBook Files: We provide you with two eBook files compatible with different readers: ePUB and MOBI.
Marketing
- KDP Select: Green Hill can enrol your eBook in KDP Select during the distribution session. It is a unique marketing opportunity for eBooks exclusively published on Amazon KDP.
Distribution
- Amazon KDP Set-up: Your files will be designed to the specifications for Amazon KDP. KDP is one of the largest eBook retailers globally. We also help assist with arranging the metadata for the online distribution of your eBook.
Legals and Finance
- 100% Copyright: As the content creator, you will maintain 100% of the copyright of your manuscript throughout the whole process. At the end of the project, Green Hill assigns the copyright to your book design over to you as well.
- 100% Royalties: Green Hill is a fee-for-service provide, so we don’t take royalties from our authors’ sales.
- Your Own Account with Online Sales Platform: We will provide you with instructions on how to set up your own account with Amazon KDP so you can manage your account independently.
- ISBN Registration: All books intended for retail need an ISBN. Green Hill assigns and manages our authors’ ISBNs throughout the production process.
- Legal Deposit: As part of the Professional Package, we will complete the Legal Deposit with the National Library of Australia for you. This is a legal requirement for publishers.

Review Package
The Review Package is for the upcoming author who wants to get upfront advice from industry professionals on their marketing plan and manuscript before committing to a publishing package.
Green Hill Package
The Green Hill Package is designed for authors who want to create the strongest, most market-ready version of their book. This package is best suited to authors who are serious about putting in the effort to aim for long-term success and are open to working within a professionally guided publishing process.
Professional Package
The Professional Package is our most popular package. It’s the first tier package for books intended for distribution and has a host of inclusions to help your book do well in the market on top of your own marketing efforts.
Keepsake Package
Authors who are considering the Keepsake Package aren’t selling their book. Instead, they are only after one or two copies of their book for either their own purposes or to give to friends and family.
